MILLENNIUM INSURANCE BROKER (MILLENIUM INSURANCE BROKER) is authorized under the Law no.32/2000 and under the Note no.96/18.12.2001, issued by the Insurance Supervisory Commission. Company with private capital, MILLENNIUM INSURANCE BROKER has revived in the fall of 2004 through the merger between two well-known companies in insurance broker: BENEFICA ASIGURARI SA (founded in 1997) and MILLENNIUM INSURANCE SRL (founded 1999). This was, otherwise, the first successful merger in the insurance market in Romania

MILLENNIUM INSURANCE BROKER SA has a share capital subscribed and paid in full in cash amounting to 117,310.4 lei (the minimum required by the insurance law is 25.000 lei), in this regard being located among the most capitalized insurance brokers in Romania. Quality consulting services, risk management, and assistance offered to intermediate, are shown as the ISO 9001 certification that the company has, and the constant increase in the level of premiums and intermediate portfolio of clients.

MILLENNIUM INSURANCE BROKER SA responds to recommendations made for its client's, quality and professional services. In this sense we have a policy of Professional Liability Insurance in the amount of € 1,000,000 / € /event and 1,500,000 € / year, no deductibles.

We are members of the Professional Association of Insurance Brokers (the National Union of Societies of Intermediation and Consulting in Insurances in Romania, UNSICAR) and of the Romanian Association Members for Franchise (ARF), as well.

Millennium Insurance Broker SA is the first insurance broker in Romania which decided to expand the territorial network using the franchise system, following in this respect, the Romanian and European legislation in force.
